Life is an interesting thing. It sets you on a particular path, and expects you to just sort of go. You take your steps, you make your choices, and you find out what it all is supposed to mean along the way. Sometimes, your efforts are rewarded. You get that promotion, or that bonus. You meet that person who makes it all make sense. Other times, things don't work out. Life waves an opportunity in front of you, and pulls it away just as you reach out to grab it. So you know what's awesome? Google is awesome. Good guy Google caches images even if the original links are removed. As noted in my previous post I did something stupid and deleted all of my old writing and artwork. But, it turns out with a few intricate Google searches and some link diving I was able to recover some of my more popular work. A lot of my old photos and drawings are still MIA, but I'm happy to report a lot of my writing has been recovered and re-uploaded. So... it's been a while, eh? I'll get right into it. A few months ago I was dealing with a pretty severe bout of depression. As a result I sort of came to strongly dislike all of my previous artwork. And, in a moment of stupidity I deleted all of it. All of my previous photos, drawings, poems, and stories are gone, and I unfortunately no longer have the backups as the PC where the original files resided was destroyed in a separate incident.
